Happier Days Private Duty Services LLC is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high quality personal care to clients in their homes. CNAs will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor client health, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. 


Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Provide medication reminders and document care activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior.
  • Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


Requirements:

  • Valid North Carolina CNA license
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar setting preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and time management skills


Preferred Qualifications:

Happier Days Private Duty Services LLC is looking for dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide essential non-medical support to clients in their homes. PCAs assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. 


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, and hygiene care.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in client conditions.


Requirements:

  • Completion of a PCA training program (preferred but not required)
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently


Preferred Qualifications:

Field Nurse (Part-Time)

Happier Days Private Duty Services LLC is seeking an Part-Time Field Nurse to assess clients’ home environments, develop care plans, and provide guidance to Home Care Aides. This role requires independent work, client visits, and collaboration with families and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include patient assessments, quality assurance, and occasional hands on care. 


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits for physical and environmental assessments, develop care plans, and train aides.
  • Perform 90 day client reviews, supervise aides, and update care plans as needed.
  • Evaluate new hire competencies and provide training for specialized tasks.
  • Address client concerns and communicate with physicians regarding care.
  • Occasionally cover CNA or home care aide shifts as needed.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and patient-centered care.


Requirements:

  • State of North Carolina RN License
  • CPR and emergency medical knowledge
  • Strong patient assessment and care planning skills
  • Familiarity with clinical procedures, accreditation standards, and infection control
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities


 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 
  • Home Health or Hospice Experience 
  • Supervisory or Leadership Experience in overseeing caregivers, CNAs, or home health aides.
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health policies, compliance, and documentation.
  • Experience Using WellSky or Similar Healthcare Software. The ability to document patient care electronically.
  • Experience in caring for clients with dementia, disabilities, or chronic conditions.

Happier Days Private Duty Services LLC is seeking reliable and compassionate drivers to transport clients to medical appointments, errands, and other necessary locations. Drivers play a key role in ensuring client safety, punctuality, and comfort during transportation. 


Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport clients to and from appointments, errands, and community activities.
  • Assist clients in and out of vehicles as needed.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable ride for all passengers.
  • Follow all traffic laws and maintain a professional driving record.
  • Communicate with caregivers and office staff regarding client schedules.


Requirements:

  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable, insured vehicle (if using personal transportation)
  • Ability to assist clients with mobility needs (if required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills


 Preferred Qualifications:
