Description: The Home Health Aide (CNA/PCA) is a paraprofessional member of the home care team who works directly under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The aide provides various services for the client, including personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance
Assist with activities of daily living
Follow the care plan as directed by the RN

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification
Experience in home care or related field
